Refund Policy

1.  Return of Goods of Proper Quality

1.1. Time limit for returning goods

1.1.1. The term of return of goods of proper quality is 21 days from the date of goods delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon the sale of goods.

1.2. The reasons for the return of goods by the Buyer may be as follows:

1.2.1. The item does not fit the parameters.

1.2.2. The goods' appearance is different from the appearance of the model from the photo on the Site.

1.3. Goods are accepted for return only with all packaging and stickers intact and unused.

1.4. There are two ways to return goods of proper quality:

1.4.1. Returns to authorized drop-off points.

1.4.2. Return via a courier (service is available to residents of cities where courier delivery is available).

1.5. Self-return. The buyer can return the defective product to our drop-off points on his/her own.

1.6. Courier return. This service is available for settlements where courier delivery is provided. No more than 10 items can be returned by couriers per day. The number of items for return at the drop-off points is not limited.

2. Return of Goods of Improper Quality

2.1. Time limit for returning goods

2.1.1. The reason for the return of goods by the Buyer may be a manufacturing defect of the goods. The Buyer may request the return of such goods within the warranty period set by the manufacturer. If the warranty period is not set by the manufacturer, the period for the return of such goods is 2 (two) years.

2.2. Return of goods of improper quality is carried out as follows:

2.2.1. Returns are made by filing an application in the user's account.

2.2.2. The term of consideration of the application does not exceed 7 (seven) business days.

2.2.3. If the result of consideration of the application by the Seller is positive, the Buyer can pass the goods for return to the drop-off point.

2.2.4. If the application is rejected, the buyer has the right to apply for an independent examination. If the independent expertise confirms the buyer's right to return the goods, all costs associated with the independent expertise shall be reimbursed by the Seller.

3. Money Back After Returning Goods 

3.1. Upon receipt of the return, it will be inspected. This process may take up to 10 days. If a longer inspection is needed or if it turns out that the item cannot be returned, the Site Administration will contact the User.

3.2. If the refund is approved, the money will be sent immediately and a notification will be sent. Your bank card will usually receive your money within 1-3 days. If the money doesn't arrive for a long time, contact your bank.
